1. Organizer

The contest is organized by AdvertisingSXMB.V., Cole Bay, Sint Maarten.

2. Purpose of the Contest

On September 1st, 2025, 4 participants willbe randomly selected and will win 1 month of free advertising (a 10-second
spot) on all Carrefour Market TV screens operated by AdvertisingSXM.

3. Eligibility

Open to businesses andindependent professionals located in Sint Maarten or Saint-Martin.
Participants must registert hrough the official form on advertisingsxm.com with a valid email address and valid details.
One entry per business.

Multiple entries are not allowed.

4. Selection of Winners

The official list of eligible participants will be published on advertisingsxm.com on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM (AST).

The raffle draw will be conducted at 10:05 AM (AST) using a verifiable random selection tool (e.g., Random.org: random integer generator).

Four winners will be selected and notified by email.

With their consent, their name/company may be published on advertisingsxm.com.

5. Prize

One month of free broadcasting of a 10-second advertising spot on a selected AdvertisingSXM Carrefour Market
screen.
The advertisement must beprovided by the winner in a compatible format (MP4 10s, JPEG, PNG 1920×1080).
The prize is non-exchangeableand non-transferable.

6. Publication of Results

To ensure transparency, a screenshot of the draw result will be taken and published on the website at the time of the draw.

The draw is final and binding.

No claims, appeals, or disputes will be accepted regarding the outcome.

7. Liability

AdvertisingSXM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
In case of fraud or attempted fraud, participation will be canceled.
AdvertisingSXM cannot be held responsible for technical problems related to online registration.

8. Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the contest implies fulland unconditional acceptance of these rules.
